ABOUT ME
Dr. Chrissoula Gavalakis
MBBCh, BSc Lab Med, MMedHaem (WITS)
I am a South African, English and Greek speaking doctor with 30 years of experience.
I graduated with a General Medical and Surgical degree in 1990 and further qualified as a Haematologist (blood disorders) in 1998. I relocated to Greece in 1999 where I started a General Family Practice.
In 2003 I was introduced to Classical Homeopathy by Prof. George Vithoulkas, and have since been offering this to interested patients, as part of my Holistic approach to clinical medicine.
I have been a member of the South African Dental and Medical Council and the British General Medical Council and currently hold membership with the Medical Council of Athens. I have been working closely with the Mediterraneo Hospital, in Glyfada, since 2000 as an external physician, and for the last 5 years I have been volunteering at a local medical clinic for un-insured patients, run by the Municipality of Glyfada.
I understand that your health and wellness concerns extend beyond routine medical care, so I try to provide an array of comprehensive services which are highlighted below.
